Is this really free for employers?
Yes. When you request our Free Fresh Graduate Placement programme, we do not charge a placement fee for qualifying entry-level IT hires. You still pay the graduate’s salary and statutory costs as their employer.
What roles qualify?
Entry-level and fresh graduate IT roles in Malaysia — for example junior software engineer, QA, IT support, data graduate, or analyst trainee. Experienced mid/senior roles use our standard permanent or staff augmentation fees.
How do I request it?
Email or contact us and explicitly ask for free fresh graduate placement. We confirm eligibility on the brief, then start sourcing.
Can we use EOR for a graduate if we have no local company?
Yes. The placement fee can still be waived under this programme; Employer of Record monthly fees for employment admin apply separately if you need us as the legal employer.
