Do you incorporate the company or lease the office?
No. Tech Talent is a licensed recruitment agency. We introduce formation, legal, tax, and office providers. You contract them. We stay the point of contact so hiring and setup stay in one conversation.
Can we hire before the Malaysian entity exists?
Yes. Use Employer of Record for individual hires, or Build–Operate–Transfer when you want an IT squad stood up and later transferred to your entity.
How is this different from BOT?
